The chimney on the right is attached to a pretty conventional hospital boiler house with packaged boilers. The chimney on the left is on TRADEBE - the Redditch waste to energy plant that appears to be powered by clinical waste. Reading the company website it would appear that the energy is in the form of steam for heating rather than for steam turbine electrical generation.
