A delightful feature of Runcorn New Town's "Town Park" is this miniature railway. It is run by a band of enthusiast volunteers. Trains run on Sunday afternoons around 2-4 p.m. and occasional events are organised at Bank Holidays. Traction is usually petrol engines, but steam and electric locomotives may also appear.
