This view of part of the tomb from the rear gives the dates of his life 1452 to 1485. He only reigned from 1483 to 1485, prior to which he was Duke of Gloucester. The tomb was designed by architects van Heningen and Haward. There is considerable information about the tomb on the Cathedral's website. See also:- Image
