The new centre for the Hereward Lodge of Freemasons was opened in a converted snooker hall in Roman Bank in the autumn of 2011 to replace the old building in Wherry's Lane which had been sold to South Kesteven District Council as part of a redevelopment scheme and has since been demolished.
