Introduction

Otter Hide

Another hide along the Otter Trail, this one is being constructed from entirely natural materials: wood, mud, felt and turves. It overlooks the meandering Afon Piliau as it winds through the marshes to meet the Afon Teifi a short way to the north. If there are no otters to be seen, as is usually the case, the hide is also a good place to watch the water buffalo.
