The Kibble Palace glasshouse illuminated from within at night. The light in the foreground is a Mercury Vapour moth trap, being operated during a 'bat and moth night' event being held in Glasgow Botanic Gardens by members of Butterfly Conservation. Moths attracted by the light were recorded and then released.
