This is a difficult building to photograph well because it is impossible to get far enough away from it without falling over the wall into someone's private driveway. It's no longer in use as a kirk, the last service having been held there in 2004, but is being maintained as a place of interest. There was a kirk here in 1242, but the present kirk dates from 1832.
