Outrageous order. No turning is bad enough, but no stopping? What's next for the little Napoleons of rural England, No Breathing? I laughed at this, a notice that is only legible to those who have stopped, until a few days later when I stopped to let traffic pass on a narrow road elsewhere in southwest England, I got nipped for stopping. Oh and I stopped to take this, suppose I will go to Hell for that.
