Built c 1838 by John Dobson for Richard Grainger. Originally a dispensary, later the Fruit Exchange, and now just part of the facade of the Eldon Centre shopping precinct. The building retains its original ground floor, unlike Image (which is otherwise identical). The building is Grade II listed http://list.historicengland.org.uk/resultsingle.aspx?uid=1024812 .
