The River Glen near Bourne, Lincolnshire

A short stretch of the River Glen passes through the South Fen and once provided a direct navigable link for Bourne with boats regularly plying their trade to and from the wharves along Eastgate. Here the river can be seen at the end of the South Fen Road near Tongue End, three miles south of Bourne.
