This construction on the junction of Victoria Road A1134 and Huntingdon Road A1307 is a new student accommodation building on the site of an old filling station turned hand car wash. Image] The lead developer is the Pickstock Group. http://www.thepickstockgroup.com/first-modules-installed-cambridge-student-scheme/ When completed the building will have retail outlets on the ground floor with three floors of high quality student accommodation above. The 98 rooms are made up of 75 studios and 23 en-suite rooms that offer students at the University of Cambridge a modern yet comfortable place to live during their studies.
