Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number Y13/0872/SH for the “erection of a replacement dwelling following demolition of existing bungalow with external alterations to garage, together with the change of use of the land for the keeping of horses and erection of stables”.
