The name would seem to indicate that at one time this was a homebrew pub, producing its own beers on the premises. The rather attractive lantern over the entrance door reveals that pub was or is owned by Enterprise Inns. This pub, like many in Worcester, at one time shared its name with a completely different one. There was a Brewers Arms in the city centre at 29 Moor Street, but that is long closed.
