An access point onto this Site of Special Scientific Interest. It has been an SSSI since 1989 and a Local Nature Reserve since 2004. It is considered a nationally rare habitat of lowland heathland nestling within urban housing and retail businesses. It is located between Jubilee Way North and South and adjacent to the Oak Tree Leisure Centre.
