In a building resembling a small bungalow on the corner of Mill Street and St Owen Street. The identifier on the Western Power Distribution electricity substation is ST OWENS S/ST No. 41333. A caution label on the green door shows SF6 (sulphur hexafluoride, an insulating gas used in high voltage systems).
