A grey box is on a support between two poles at the edge of a field at the far end of Mount Way. A small label on one of the posts shows TITHE BARN ESTATE. On a notice showing a phone number to ring in case of an emergency is Midlands Electricity plc (which no longer exists). The Midlands Electricity Board was formed in 1947. In 1990, during the privatisation of the UK electricity industry, the board became Midlands Electricity plc which in turn, after various changes of ownership, became Central Networks in 2004.
