Above Royal Oak Avenue and the Prince's Hall, and built in 1880 as an upper chapel over the Seamen's Institute http://www.churchcrawler.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/pmdraper10/bristol1.htm . Between 1957 and 1987 the building was used by the Bristol Evangelistic Centre. It is also shown in Image and Image
