Hen Reilffordd y Mynydd Mawr a gludai lo o ardal Cross Hands i lawr i Lanelli. Mae'r ffordd bellach yn llwybr seiclo. Former Mynydd Mawr Railway which transported coal down from the Cross Hands area to Llanelli. It is today a cycle track.
