The village hall in the Crook of Devon, viewed with Christmas lighting on a December evening. The first snow of winter 2014-15 has fallen, and just before midnight - as evidenced by the village hall clock - this has now frozen hard, slowing my walking speed considerably. "Lap time 14 minutes 30 seconds" announces my gps sports tracker in my headphones, interrupting the jazz that accompanies my evening walks, so with ~ 2km walking still to go it will be a late finish.
