Complete with the largest mine sheave wheel in Europe at 18' diameter which was removed from the Potash mine at nearby Boulby after new replacement wheels. Many thanks to Peter Roberts for supplying this information. Peter put this wheel on this roundabout along with a shaft sinking grab on the next roundabout and a miners' "tub" opposite the Green Tree pub on the Kilton Lane A174 Junction.
