Is the message on a poster attached to the continental style toilet on Foregate near its junction with Love Street. It would seem that a postie on his/her bicycle has been caught short and is using the facilities. Note: I was using Streetview to aid my location of this - its imagery changed from 2009 to 2014 just here - it is glimpsed on the former but has disappeared on the latter.
