The skies are becoming orange-red as the sun sets. The cumulus cloud formations reminded me of the skies in the paintings of the Italian Rococo artist Giovanni Battista Tiepolo, albeit more colourful and sorely lacking in cherubs and angels. Note: the colours of the image are a close match to what was seen - at least on my monitor!
