This large building is obviously ex-industrial but now appears to be residential. It is just above the old water mill that was used by Robirch, producers of sausages and pies. Dawn Shilcock has contacted me to say - it used to be the Willmotts factory making spectacle cases and medal & jewellery boxes. Willmotts were world famous in the optical trade for their NHS spectacle cases which were built to last and last.
