Built in C18 and modified in C20. See http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-243614-the-old-post-office-fringford-oxfordshir for entry in British Listed Buildings. Note the AA sign on the side. The Author Flora Thompson (1876-1947) (Lark Rise to Candleford) worked in this Post office in 1891.
