This photo shows the extension to this TE although one could be forgiven for thinking that it looked like a hospital instead. It used to have BYRon and CONcord numbers until the late 1960s, BYRon being named possibly after Byron Hill Road in Harrow-on-the-Hill or the poet Lord Byron who was educated at Harrow School, which is in the South Harrow TE area. It now has 0208-422, 423, 864 and 869 xxxx numbers, plus some Outer London numbers.
