View of Lily Hill House from the southeast. The house was built between 1814 and 1817 as a gentleman's residence on the site of a hunting lodge that belonged to Windsor Forest. The house had a number of owners until 1955 when it was acquired by the Bracknell Development Corporation and was then used as offices. In 2001 Bracknell Forest Borough Council refurbished the house with the aid of a Heritage Lottery grant. It is now used by a number of businesses. The surrounding grounds have become a public park.
