Metrolink Bombarier M5000 tram 3062 picks up passengers from the outbound platform at the Roundthorn tram stop. The Roundthorn tram stop has two facing platforms to the east of Southmoor Road, just to the north of Hollyedge Road. This is the nearest Metrolink stop to Wythenshawe Hospital; it also serves the large industrial estate as well as nearby housing.
