Known locally as Bob's Cafe, it was popular with truckers and bikers on route from the West Midlands to the southbound M1 Motorway.When the M6 Motorway was linked to the M1 in the 1970s the A45 lost much traffic and the cafe went into decline closing in the 1990s. For an inside view Image
