Mouldsworth; view from the Longster Trail (Mouldsworth footpath 5) across the Gowy plain to the distant refineries at Stanlow. Dairying predominates in this part of the county. Mouldsworth is divided between the higher land on the edge of the Sandstone Ridge and the low-lying meadows of the Gowy plain to the west.
