Back to nature. Believe this to be branch to Mauchline pit, from (Garrochburn junction)! There was a jct on Mauchline side of B744 called Garrochburn (small burn called Garroch) with 3 sidings to supply the pit with empty wagons and loads out worked by NCB to the pit and back !
