A previous alignment of the Dundee to Arbroath road. The Cyclists Dismount sign is both unnecessary and within 50m of the previous dismount sign. The cycle path here is hopelessly blighted by this rubbish and if you were daft enough to obey them it would defeat the point of taking a bike with you. Fortunately they are only advisory - but you must be aware that in rare cases they are valid.
