This former recycling site is seen from New Heston Road through a gap in a locked gate. The notice on the right says "NO DUMPING. THIS IS A RECYCLING SITE NOT A RUBBISH DUMP." Clearly the message did not get through as the notice on the left says "THIS RECYCLING SITE HAS BEEN REMOVED DUE TO PERSISTENT FLYTIPPING NEXT TO THE BANKS. IT IS UNSIGHTLY AND COSTLY FOR THE COUNCIL TO CLEAR AWAY." The notice in the distance just says rather plaintively "NO DUMPING."
