Refer to the 2009 view http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1210038 The road into the quarry has been opened up and is now a secure storage facility operated by U Store. In 2009 I said it was a Geological SSSI. If that was correct in 2009 (which I doubt) it isn't so now. The quarry is not even listed as a Local Geological Site http://wgcg.freehostia.com/LoGS/LoGS-home.html
