The fenced-off corner of Canal Terrace and Usk Way viewed in September 2014. A notice on the fence states that Unit 1 is to be a Greggs Bakery. Unit 2 is available to let. However, the notice also states that completion is scheduled for the end of July 2014. That was nearly 2 months ago...
