A view to "The Mansion" from Tring Park, which used to be its grounds. Taken from the ridge at the southeast of the park looking back towards Tring. This building is now home to Tring Park School http://www.tringpark.com (formerly The Arts Educational School). This fine building was one of several in the area which were owned by the Rothschild banking family. The Mansion House predates the Rothschilds' ownership however as it was originally designed by Sir Christopher Wren, though his original building is entirely obscured by a Georgian façade.
