The building, currently housing 'printing.com', appears to have had its brickwork renovated since the Ordnance Survey verified a benchmark on the South Street (left hand) face in 1972, which, with the possible raising of the pavement appears to have led to the apparent loss of the mark, http://www.bench-marks.org.uk/bm28763
