A house on London Road, now a blackened shell after being gutted by fire. The fire started on 16th January, 2013, and caused a lot of damage; the road was closed by the fire service as thick smoke continued to emit from the unoccupied building. Today it is still in a state of dereliction (the roof caved in and some of the flooring is in a very unstable condition), but nothing more has happened other than being barricaded by temporary fencing.
