View westward on A52 Friargate. No railway crosses Andrew Handyside's bridge now: the Station had been on the left, but it was closed to passengers 7/9/64, to goods 4/9/67, together with the ex-GNR line to Uttoxeter and Stafford.(Cf. Image]).
