Hazy evening sunlight shines through a haar (low fog) around the Parish Church of St. Drostan in Markinch, in Fife. The tower of the church is believed to date from as early as the 11th century. The view is from the nearby railway line. "I am the Light of the World. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life" - Jesus (Jn 8:12)
