View NW, towards East Putney, Earl's Court and London: LUL District Line from London via Earl's Court, Putney Bridge and East Putney, formerly the ex-Metropolitan District & LSWR Joint Putney Bridge - Wimbledon line. The ordinary services are provided by the LUL District Line, from Upminster via Mansion House, Embankment and Victoria or - in this view - from Edgware Road via High Street Kensington, but from the junction at East Putney the line is used by workings on the ex-LSWR line via Clapham Junction. This is the nearest station to the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Courts.
