The south side of Victoria Street has grand Victorian commercial buildings. This was built as a club in 1872 by Evans & Jolley. Lavish treatment of the first floor windows and lavish entrances with granite columns and pediments. Grade II listed. Empty at the time, the freehold being advertised for sale.
