A view looking north towards the Pendolino unit 390 032 City of Glasgow at Platform 1 at Holyhead. The Pendolinos are normally powered from overhead catenary wires, which have not yet reached Holyhead, thus Class 57 locomotive 57316 Fab 1 was attached at the head of the train. I am not sure if this formation was for a railtour or operating a service train.
