Inside Combe Down tunnel, near Bath

Combe Down tunnel was on the old Somerset & Dorset Joint Railway which ran from Bath to Bournemouth. The line closed in 1966 and the tunnel, which is more than a mile long, is now owned by Wessex Water. It is occasionally opened to the public.
