Like so many, this station has long since lost its booking office, I think it went around the late 80s, many have been demolished, or converted to offices if large enough, this just sits here and rots. I'm sure plenty of people would be happy to use it as a shop but despite charging more than anyone else on earth for tickets what was British Rail still waste many of their property assets as I know quite a few around London just like this one.
