In contrast to the sea of sandstone ashlar elsewhere in Little Germany, this warehouse is built of common wallstone, or in effect rougher brick-sized blocks of stone. Also unusual in its use of giant pilasters or piers. By Milnes & France, 1902, for Edelstein, Moser & Co, textile merchants. Grade II listed.
