Rather a grand composition, not unlike a French chateau. By Henry Tanner, 1886-87. Grade II listed. Now known as St Peter's House, and mostly occupied by the council I believe. One fortunate byproduct of 'The Hole' is its offering up of new city centre vistas (Image]).
