Shrewsbury's Theatre Severn was completed in 2009. It was nominated for that year's Carbuncle Cup http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carbuncle_Cup ,the award given by Building Design magazine to the ugliest building of the last 12 months. But Liverpool's ferry terminal scooped the honours. Image
