This is the Lancashire headquarters of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers and it is also the Fusiliers Museum at Wellington Barracks on Bolton Road. The museum has a vast collection rich in silver, weapons, costume, works of art, regimental regalia, personal memorabilia, trophies taken from enemies and gifts from friends. It contains items from all over the world, and most notably, material related to General Wolfe and Napoleon.
