This hoarding is at Dalston Lane, and behind it is the site for the new Dalston Junction Station. The poster has been "adapted" by persons unknown, and they have added many "comments" that make clear their opposition to local development plans. Whether you agree with their sentiments and methods or not, it is clear that this area will change enormously with the extension of the new East London Line and the associated redevelopment.
