View northward towards Tattenham Corner: ex-SE&CR branch from Purley. The 'Royal Train' seems very diminished compared with earlier years - and the Queen would no doubt have been happier going home by Royal Car. The locomotive is Class 73/1 Electro-Diesel Bo-Bo No. E6013 (later No. 73107).
